特训的第一天 1/11/11

今天是我第一天的特训,就是要帮助自己转换正常生活的习惯——就是晚上睡觉早上起床。昨晚我吃了四分一的安眠药让自己容易入睡一些因为我发现自己有失眠的症状,果然12点半就入睡了。闹钟设定在7.30am,但是我在7.15am就自然醒了。很开心自己能够在这么早的时间里爬起床来而且精神蛮好的哈!我想这是我今年里最早起床的一次咯!喝了一些饮料,武装好了后就往家旁边的公园出发咯......

眼看这一个圈圈猜想我应该可以完成5圈吧?做好了热身,就开始用舒服的步伐起步了。他妈的鸡蛋糕,真的太久没有运动了,这下可把我给拖垮了。心脏会有疼痛,最糟糕的是觉得喉下的气管有收缩的现象,气喘的时候会觉得痛。怎样知道?中学的时候在雪隆八独中的比赛里运动太激烈曾出现过这个现象,而且比这个情况严重多了。我知道运动时可以锻炼身体也可以加强心脏和气管,但是现在的体力真的不如十年前啊......但是我不打算放弃,这就是我的考验哪!虽然我一直都知道运动对我们是有多重要,但是经过这次我没运动这么久我更加明白和体验到,就像“只有喝水的人才知道水的冷热到什么程度”。

所以我在这边极度地鼓励各位,不管怎样忙都好,一星期都要抽出两三个小时来做运动一下哪怕只是一些很简单的运动,出出汗可能就帮了你不少。真的,自己的健康没有人能帮到你。如果你同意“要爱别人就要先学会爱自己”那就从运动开始吧,有了足够的体力就能更爱你的另一半了,不过当然每一个人包括我自己都喜欢被爱啦。。。 ^ ^

My plan for my new life

It has been a long time i never update my blog. Maybe before that there were a lot of unhappy things so i don't......i just only record the happy things and something i want to record and sometime i'll read back.

Anyway, in these 5 years i've worked in night time almostly. So i use to stay actively after midnight. Ya, i knew that is a bad life for our health, thats why now i have a plan to help myself faster to accept my new life with a normal life style. Actually i plan a training to myself, and a target also.

Everyday wake up early and do exercise, then eat, study, do my research, sleep only these all things. I'll keep doing this at least one week until i have this habitual to wake up in the morning and able to sleep early. Actually it is so difficult to myself you know? So what is my plan to handdle this kind of difficulty? Tomorrow is my 1st day training, so my plan is...... i'm going take a pill and sleep right now. This is not good for my health but i knew the 1st day is the most difficult one, so i hope i can sleep better and earlier, i don't want screw it up by myself on my plan!

I wish, exercise can instead of pill to help me get to sleep. I have this ideal due to i never met this issue, espeacially i still was an athlete. I wish it works for me.
